An interesting take on the social media world.
It's taken away 'real' friendships and undervalued relationships, as people interact on-line instead of in-person. Sometimes you don't even know if that person you follow, friend or admire is even genuine - many times people create an on-line persona not even close to who they really are.
Perhaps it's time we all take a short break from our virtual world, and appreciate the people around us that we can actually hug and spend time with face to face.
I know I'm worth more than a 'like' on Facebook & Instagram and don't need validation from anyone to feel good about myself.
I hope everyone feels the same.
